Calouste Gulbenkian Museum Lisbon, Portugal. This magnificent brutalist building houses the private collection of Calouste Sarkis Gulbenkian, an Armenian oil magnate who lived in Lisbon towards the end of his life. Designed by three Portuguese architects, Ruy Jervis d’Athouguia, Pedro Cid, and Alberto Pessoa, completed in 1969, it beautifully reflects their intention to create a harmonious relationship between architecture, art, and nature.
